The internal crisis can end the story of the civilization before it reaches the first step in the Kardashev scale.




The nation is before civilization. And for reaching Kardashev scale 1. The civilization requires all the resources that it can get. That it can create structures that make it possible to benefit its planet's energy. 

The first three steps in the Kardashev scale are the most difficult.  Even if we think that megastructures like solar rings are humble we compare them to Dyson's spheres that cover entire solar systems. But those first-scale or first-step structures require lots of resources for the small-scale civilization. Making energy rings and other things is necessary for civilization. That it can start to control their planet's energy. In the Kardashev scale 1. 


There is one notable thing in the Kadashev scale. Each level requires the previous level. But each level in those scales forms the next level automatically. 


So civilization requires a Kardashev scale of 1. That it can reach Kardashev scale 2. In that version, the civilization starts to control the energy of their central star. And they also control the solar systems.  In Kardashev Scale 1 the artificial solar ring can surround the civilization's home planet. That ring would be in the Van Allen belt. It can harvest energy also from the plasma that orbits the planet. 

That species can put that ring rotate very fast. And that thing can used as a space sling. The solar ring can pull merchandise to the orbital using space hooks. Or there could be space elevators connected to the many points. 




The first steps are the hardest, and to make Dyson's spheres, the civilization needs to colonize the entire solar system. It's possible. That civilization will not make Dyson's spheres even if it has the technology for that purpose. 

In some models, the civilization makes "mini spheres" that are red dwarf-size systems. That they can use to make artificial stars. Those mini spheres will make stars by pressing plasma by using annihilation and extremely powerful magnetic fields. 

Artificial stars can make large areas habitable. Dyson's spheres can make it possible to control the central stars. But before Dyson's spheres, the civilization must conquer their solar system.

Things like non-controlled urbanization and non-controlled population growth can cause a crisis that destroys civilization.  


Civilization may start to control the population. But anyway, colonization of the entire solar system requires lots of people. And if the civilization wants to colonize the entire solar system. It requires an enormous group of people. And if it steps to that route, there is no return. There is so big population that there is no way to bring them all to the home. 

Sometimes researchers say that before civilization can reach the Kardashev scale, civilization must pass the ultimate test. That test is how to solve internal problems. One of the internal problems is overpopulation. If there is no room for members of the civilization, that thing can cause destruction. When we think about things, like urbanization, the problem is how to get food for the population. Overpopulation and urbanization cause situations where people cannot get enough eat. And that thing turns cities into violence. 

When civilizations or nations must handle internal problems, they don't have time to develop the technology that is needed to colonize their solar system. And that can cause death. Things like loss of nutrients can form in the cases, where nobody controls the growth of cities. In non-controlled city growth, pollution can destroy large plantation areas.

Researchers found a "pause" button that can stop the human embryo advance. And that thing can have many solutions. In the case of a mother's illness or injury, the medical team can save the embryo's life by stopping its advance. But that ability can make things like interstellar travel possible.  It's one theoretically, a very easy, way to transfer people to the other solar system if we don't want to get them back. The mission controllers can use the human embryos for the other solar system. Those colonists can have the robot controllers, and they can have the training material for the mission. The Pentagon published its new UFO report and found no evidence of the alien connection.

SR-71 The Pentagon says that they have no evidence of the UFO's extraterrestrial origins. But even if there is no evidence that aliens are behind the UFOs, we must keep our minds open.
